Fantasy Flix (the "App") is developed as an independent fantasy film league platform. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

To provide the core features of the App, we collect the following types of information:

• Contact Information: We collect your name and email address when you create an account. This is used strictly for account authentication, league invitations, and customer support.
• Identifiers: We assign a unique User ID to your account to track your studio's performance and league standings. We may also collect a Device ID for the purpose of preventing cheating and ensuring app security.
• Usage Data: We collect data on your Product Interactions, such as which movies you draft, which leagues you join, and the "Bomb Picks" you assign. This helps us improve the game balance and user experience.
• Diagnostics: We may collect Crash Logs and Performance Data to identify and fix technical issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To maintain your studio, calculate your scores based on the 2.5x Budget multiplier, and manage your league rankings.
• Personalization: To display your studio name and progress within the App.
• Communication: To send you essential game updates or respond to support inquiries.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers for the purpose of tracking you across other apps or websites.
• Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services (like Base44 or analytics providers) to host our data or analyze app performance. These partners are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Fantasy Flix.
• Movie Data: While we display movie metadata and box office stats from third-party APIs, no personal user data is shared with those data providers.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

In compliance with Apple App Store policies and global privacy laws:

• Access & Correction: You can update your studio name and account details within the App settings.
• Permanent Deletion: You may initiate the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (email, draft history, studio stats) at any time via Settings > Delete Account. All data is purged from our active servers immediately upon confirmation.
